This morning, I decided to try something different.
Instead of picking up my phone and scrolling mindlessly through notifications, I spent ten minutes focusing on myself.
I started with a short meditation to clear my mind, followed by writing down three intentions for the day. Then, I did a few stretches to wake up my body.
The difference was astonishing. Normally, I would feel groggy and distracted during the first few hours, but today I felt calm, energized, and focused. Small habits like these compound over time. They might seem insignificant in the moment, but over weeks and months, they can redefine your entire routine.
I realized that productivity isn’t about doing more—it’s about being intentional with your time and energy. A small morning ritual gave me a head start, and I plan to continue this practice daily.
